Our programmes are designed to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and support they need to overcome barriers to employment and build brighter futures. We work closely with ex-offenders, helping them reintegrate into society by developing employability skills and securing long-term work opportunities. Beyond this, we support anyone facing challenges to employment—whether due to limited experience, gaps in education, disabilities, or other personal circumstances. By offering tailored training, mentorship, and hands-on assistance, we provide the tools needed to unlock potential, transform lives, and contribute to stronger, more inclusive communities.

our programmes

Rebuilding your Success

One of our cornerstone programmes focuses on helping ex-offenders rebuild their lives by providing meaningful work opportunities and employability training. While individuals are still serving their sentences, we offer them the chance to work with us, gaining valuable skills, experience, and a sense of purpose. Alongside this, our tailored training courses prepare them for the challenges of finding and securing employment after release, covering everything from CV writing to interview techniques.

This programme not only empowers individuals to break the cycle of reoffending but also builds confidence, fosters independence, and creates pathways to long-term success. By giving ex-offenders the tools and opportunities they need to reintegrate into society, we’re making a lasting impact—one second chance at a time.

Building opportunities

At Rebuild with Hope, our mission is to break down barriers to employment by providing tailored support for individuals looking to get back into work or volunteering. One of our standout initiatives was the Building Opportunities Programme, funded by WEA and GMCA, which offered free, personalised support to those who needed it most. We firmly believe that financial barriers should never stand in the way of people gaining the skills and training they need to open new opportunities for themselves. This programme provided mentorship, skill development, well-being workshops, and job search assistance, empowering participants to take positive steps towards their goals.

Over our 76 sessions held we exceeded our target of learners by 33% having 175 attendees over 14 different courses which we set out to develop social and employability skills, as well as help peoples mental and physical wellbeing.

With a diverse range of sessions, including digital inclusion, sports, nutrition and well-being, creative workshops, and more, we helped people not only build essential skills but also develop their confidence and social skills—both crucial for the working world. It was incredible to see the friendships and connections formed throughout the sessions, with participants consistently sharing positive feedback about their experiences. Through initiatives like this, we continue to create opportunities for people to unlock their full potential and build brighter futures.
