REBUILD WITH HOPE

Supporting People With multiple barriers to employment

Who we are

We are a charity founded with the vision of supporting individuals who face significant barriers to employment and reintegration into society. Our work began with a focus on helping ex-offenders rebuild their lives by providing training, skills development, and support to successfully re-enter the workforce and their communities. Over time, our mission expanded to include others facing obstacles such as long-term unemployment, disabilities, or limited access to education. We are committed to creating opportunities for those who need them most, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and helping them build a brighter future. Through this work, we also aim to strengthen and uplift our local community, fostering a more inclusive, resilient society where everyone has the chance to thrive.

I soon learned that they are good people who, like everyone, sometimes made mistakes.

Our Goals

We take immense pride in what we’ve accomplished so far—supporting individuals in overcoming barriers, helping ex-offenders reintegrate, and making a tangible difference in our community. Every success story and every milestone reached reflects the dedication of our team and the strength of our mission. Yet, we know there’s always more we can do. Our goals are ambitious because we believe in the potential of the people we serve. By expanding our programmes, building new partnerships, and deepening our impact, we are determined to reach even more individuals and create a future filled with opportunity and hope.
